Chanel Beauty Advisor position in Zhengzhou, Mainland China – fragrances & beauty specialist role
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized consultations on Chanel fragrances, cosmetics, and skincare, articulating brand heritage and product benefits to create memorable customer moments
- Cultivate genuine long-term relationships with clients to enhance loyalty and lifetime value
- Maintain visual merchandising standards in the fragrance and beauty section, ensuring displays align with Chanel's aesthetic requirements and supporting stock management
- Execute omnichannel retail practices, integrating digital touchpoints to provide seamless shopping experiences across channels
- Exceed sales targets through consultative selling, identifying client needs and recommending complementary products
