Chanel seeks a Beauty Advisor in Lanzhou, China for its Fragrance and Beauty division. Full-time role delivering luxury product expertise and exceptional customer experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver bespoke, consultative beauty experiences grounded in comprehensive product knowledge of Chanel fragrances and cosmetics
- Cultivate and sustain meaningful, long-term client relationships to enhance customer loyalty and lifetime value
- Present Chanel brand values, aesthetic narrative, and heritage with sophistication and authenticity in every customer interaction
- Maintain boutique visual presentation and merchandising standards in accordance with Chanel brand guidelines, including inventory management and product display curation
- Drive sales performance against team targets whilst exceeding customer expectations through proactive service excellence
- Embrace digital retail innovation and facilitate seamless omnichannel purchasing journeys for clients
Qualifications
- Demonstrated excellence in consultative sales and customer relationship management
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities in Chinese and English
- Genuine passion for fragrance, cosmetics, and skincare industries
- Proven ability to build, maintain, and nurture customer relationships across touchpoints
Skills
Experience
Prior experience in luxury beauty retail, fragrance consultation, or premium customer-facing roles is preferred; candidates with transferable expertise in high-touch client advisory services will be considered.
Education
Secondary education minimum; post-secondary qualification in beauty, cosmetics, hospitality, or related disciplines is advantageous.
