Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised, high‑touch consultations in fragrance, skincare and makeup to affluent clientele, tailoring recommendations to individual needs and preferences.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive clienteling, follow‑up, and the conversion of consultations into purchases and repeat business.
- Maintain exemplary brand standards on the sales floor: merchandising, product presentation, sampling, and visual displays consistent with Chanel guidelines.
- Execute in‑store services such as makeup applications, skin analyses, product demonstrations and mini treatments with professional technique and hygiene.
- Manage stock levels, replenish merchandise, handle POS transactions and ensure accurate reporting of sales and client data.
- Cultivate and grow a personal client portfolio through appointments, telephone and digital follow‑up, and by leveraging boutique CRM practices.
- Participate in product and service training to sustain deep product knowledge and to communicate new launches effectively to clients.
- Uphold loss‑prevention, health & safety and regulatory standards within the boutique environment.
Qualifications
- Proven client‑facing experience in luxury cosmetics, perfumery or high‑end retail (1–2 years preferred).
- Excellent interpersonal and consultative selling skills with a polished, professional appearance.
- Strong knowledge of skincare, fragrance families and makeup application techniques; professional beauty/cosmetology training is an asset.
- Fluent Mandarin required for local clientele; conversational English advantageous.
- Ability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.
- Comfortable working to measurable sales targets while delivering discreet, personalised service.

Experience
Typically 1–2 years' experience in luxury cosmetics or perfumery retail, with demonstrated success meeting sales objectives and developing a loyal client base.
Education
High school diploma or vocational qualification; cosmetology, aesthetics or beauty certification preferred.
