Role & Responsibilities

• Embody Chanel's heritage and values whilst sharing comprehensive brand knowledge with clients and team members
• Create tailor-made, personalized client experiences aligned with Chanel's service rituals and standards
• Build and maintain an active client database through strategic clienteling and proactive relationship management
• Execute cross-selling initiatives across makeup, fragrances, and skincare categories to optimize transaction value
• Maintain boutique visual merchandising standards in accordance with Chanel's guidelines
• Actively participate in beauty events, workshops, and product demonstrations for clients
• Handle client inquiries and concerns professionally, ensuring resolution according to established guidelines
• Collaborate with the boutique team to achieve sales targets, KPIs, and operational excellence
• Support daily boutique operations and provide relevant reporting to management
• Maintain impeccable personal grooming and presentation as a Chanel brand ambassador

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Beauty Advisor or sales professional in luxury or high-end retail
• Fluent in English; Arabic or Russian language proficiency is advantageous
• Demonstrated expertise in makeup, fragrances, skincare, and beauty trends
• Strong understanding and track record of delivering exceptional client service
• Proven ability to build lasting client relationships and drive sales through consultative selling
• Experience with clienteling practices and client database management
• Visual merchandising awareness and attention to boutique presentation standards

Skills

Experience

Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Beauty Advisor or sales associate within a luxury or high-end retail environment, with demonstrated expertise in beauty product consultation, client relationship building, and luxury brand representation.

Education

Secondary education or equivalent; additional training in beauty, cosmetics, or luxury retail is advantageous.
