Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver bespoke fragrance and beauty consultations, presenting product expertise with passion and professionalism
- Build and maintain genuine long-term relationships with clientele, maximizing customer loyalty and lifetime value
- Ensure consistent brand representation across all customer touchpoints, from consultation to purchase and follow-up
- Maintain the aesthetic integrity of the fragrance and beauty counter or boutique through meticulous merchandising and visual presentation
- Achieve team sales objectives while exceeding individual performance targets through consultative selling
- Embrace omnichannel retail dynamics, facilitating seamless customer experiences across digital and physical channels
Qualifications
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to connect emotionally with diverse clientele
- Proven ability to establish, nurture, and manage customer relationships effectively
- Genuine passion for fragrances, cosmetics, and skincare categories
- Retail or luxury customer service experience preferred

Experience
