Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized consultations demonstrating in-depth knowledge of Chanel fragrance, cosmetics, and skincare collections
- Create memorable and unique shopping experiences that inspire desire and satisfy client needs whilst achieving team sales targets
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships to increase loyalty and lifetime value
- Maintain impeccable store and counter presentation to align with Chanel brand standards, including stock organization and visual merchandising support
- Embody Chanel's brand values and heritage through authentic storytelling, connecting emotional narratives to product offerings
- Champion seamless omnichannel experiences, bridging digital and physical touchpoints to exceed client expectations
