Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve outlined sales targets including units per transaction, basket size, price per unit, and conversion rate metrics
- Drive customer acquisition and expand the clientele base
- Provide expert product consultation on Chanel fragrances, makeup, and skincare collections
- Deliver personalized makeup consultations tailored to client preferences
- Cultivate exclusive customer experiences through storytelling of Chanel heritage and brand values
- Prepare, maintain, and close the retail location at end of shift
- Manage inventory levels in collaboration with the store manager
- Reconcile point-of-sale transactions and report findings to store management
Qualifications
- Formal training as a makeup artist or cosmetologist, or demonstrated self-taught expertise in beauty products and techniques
- Fluency in Danish or English
- Proven ability to exceed standard service expectations with genuine customer engagement
- Demonstrated sales capability with affinity for luxury beauty products
- Track record of flexibility, self-motivation, and accountability in previous roles
