Chanel seeks a Beauty Advisor in Chihuahua, Mexico to provide expert skincare and makeup consultations in a luxury boutique setting.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised beauty consultations and product recommendations across skincare, makeup and fragrance ranges to cultivate client loyalty.
- Perform professional makeup applications and skincare demonstrations that adhere to Chanel’s techniques and hygiene standards.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and effective clienteling.
- Develop and maintain detailed client profiles and follow-up plans to drive repeat purchase and long-term relationships.
- Manage stock levels, process transactions accurately using the store POS and assist with receiving and merchandising deliveries.
- Uphold Chanel visual merchandising guidelines and maintain an immaculate, brand-compliant boutique environment.
- Participate in brand training, product launches and promotional events to continuously expand product knowledge.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality customer service in a retail or beauty environment.
- Demonstrable sales aptitude with a track record of meeting or surpassing targets preferred.
- Professional presentation, strong interpersonal skills and a polished, discreet manner appropriate to a luxury brand.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings, to support boutique hours and promotional activity.
- Legal authorization to work in Mexico.
Skills
Experience
Typically 1–3 years of experience in cosmetics retail, luxury beauty or a high-end boutique environment; experience with prestige brands or counter beauty roles is highly desirable.
Education
Secondary education (high school) required; cosmetology, esthetician or beauty-related certification preferred.
