Chanel seeks a Beauty Advisor in Changzhou, China to deliver exceptional fragrance and skincare experiences in a luxury retail environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized and memorable shopping experiences that inspire client desire while achieving team sales objectives
- Build and maintain authentic long-term client relationships to enhance customer loyalty and lifetime value
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge of Chanel fragrances, cosmetics, and skincare, communicating brand heritage and storytelling
- Maintain premium visual merchandising and store presentation standards consistent with brand image
- Execute product styling, arrangement, and inventory organization tasks
- Champion omnichannel retail integration to provide seamless client experiences across physical and digital touchpoints
- Maintain a proactive service orientation and continuously exceed client expectations
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and sales skills

Skills
Experience
Prior experience in luxury retail, beauty sales, or premium client services is preferred.
Education
