Role & Responsibilities
- Provide expert consultations on Chanel fragrances and beauty products to discerning clientele
- Deliver personalized product recommendations based on individual client preferences and skin profiles
- Maintain extensive product knowledge across the fragrance and beauty portfolio
- Cultivate lasting client relationships and facilitate repeat engagement
- Ensure immaculate presentation of products and retail environment to luxury standards
Qualifications
- Demonstrated passion for fragrance and beauty
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Proven track record in premium customer service or luxury retail
- Cultural awareness and ability to serve a diverse, international clientele
Skills
Experience
Prior experience in luxury beauty retail, fragrance consultation, or premium client services is strongly preferred.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; additional training in beauty, cosmetics, or luxury retail is advantageous.
