Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and styling expertise across Chanel's fragrance and skincare collections, articulating brand values and heritage to clientele
- Cultivate and nurture long-term client relationships, fostering loyalty and driving repeat business through emotional connection and attentive service
- Maintain exemplary visual merchandising and inventory standards across the fragrance and beauty counter or boutique, ensuring compliance with brand presentation guidelines
- Drive sales performance through expert product knowledge, consultative selling techniques, and identification of client aspirations and unmet needs
- Facilitate seamless omnichannel experiences, integrating digital shopping trends and tools to enhance customer touchpoints and accessibility

Skills
Experience
