Chanel Beauty Advisor position in Changsha, China – join the fragrance and beauty division and deliver exceptional client experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver bespoke fragrance and skincare consultations, creating memorable and personalized shopping experiences for each customer
- Build and maintain genuine long-term relationships with clients to enhance loyalty and encourage repeat patronage
- Demonstrate deep product knowledge and passion for fragrances, cosmetics, and skincare whilst communicating brand values and heritage
- Maintain pristine visual merchandising standards at the fragrance and beauty counter or boutique, including inventory organization and stock rotation
- Achieve individual and team sales targets whilst balancing customer satisfaction and brand positioning
- Embrace digital commerce trends and provide seamless omnichannel shopping experiences to customers
- Uphold Chanel's brand identity through personal presentation, professional demeanor, and exceptional service standards
Qualifications
- Proven excellence in customer communication and sales technique

Experience
