Role & Responsibilities
- Create tailored client experiences and personalized beauty solutions using the Chanel experience ritual, fostering long-lasting relationships
- Deliver expert makeup services and comprehensive skincare consultations grounded in advanced product knowledge
- Educate and inspire clients through beauty storytelling, product recommendations, and trend insights
- Proactively schedule follow-up appointments and cultivate client retention through service excellence
