Chanel seeks a casual Beauty Advisor for its Fragrance and Beauty Boutique in Canberra, Australia, to create memorable client experiences and drive luxury beauty sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Create tailor-made client experiences and personalized solutions for each client visit using the Chanel experience ritual
- Build long-lasting relationships with clients through genuine brand ambassadorship
- Share beauty tips and product knowledge to educate and inspire clients
- Conduct makeup services and skincare consultations utilizing expertise in beauty and Chanel products
- Proactively invite clients to schedule appointments and return for services
- Drive link selling and cross-selling to achieve business objectives
- Embrace continuous learning and share trend knowledge to develop team culture
- Maintain awareness of digital trends and contribute to brand presence across touchpoints
Qualifications
- Eagerness and willingness to provide exceptional client service
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to establish emotional connections
- Previous retail experience and familiarity with sales targets and KPIs highly regarded
- Digital trend awareness and capability to embrace changing technologies

- Previous experience in a fragrance and beauty environment advantageous
