Role & Responsibilities
- Provide expert consultations on Chanel fragrances, skincare, and beauty products tailored to individual client preferences and skin types
- Build and maintain a personal clientele through personalized beauty advice, follow-up communications, and loyalty cultivation
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge across the fragrance and beauty collections and stay current with new launches
- Execute point-of-sale transactions and manage inventory of beauty products with precision and attention to detail
- Maintain an immaculate retail environment and ensure visual displays reflect Chanel's brand standards and aesthetic
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental sales targets while upholding luxury service standards
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury beauty retail or cosmetics sales
- Exceptional interpersonal and consultative selling skills
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English
- Strong product knowledge or demonstrated ability to rapidly master technical beauty information
- Professional presentation and grooming standards appropriate to luxury retail

Experience
2-3 years of experience in luxury beauty retail, fragrance sales, or premium cosmetics environments preferred.
Education
Secondary education minimum; certification in beauty, cosmetics, or cosmetology is a plus.
