Chanel seeks a Beauty Advisor in Bangkok to deliver personalized client experiences in fragrance, makeup, and skincare.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client experiences through personalized beauty consultations and tailored recommendations across fragrance, makeup, and skincare lines
- Drive sales results by confidently advising clients, identifying cross-selling opportunities, and maximizing each client interaction
- Inspire clients through expert product storytelling and professional application techniques
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster brand loyalty and encourage repeat business
- Act as a Chanel brand ambassador, demonstrating passion, professionalism, and comprehensive product knowledge
- Contribute to a collaborative retail environment while maintaining excellence in service standards and visual merchandising
Qualifications
- Prior experience in sales or customer service, with particular value placed on beauty or retail sector background
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to build lasting client relationships
- Genuine passion for fragrance, makeup, or skincare with awareness of current beauty trends and innovations
- High level of professionalism, personal commitment, and visible enthusiasm for the brand
- Fluency in both Thai and English
Skills
Experience
Prior experience in sales or customer service, preferably in beauty or retail. Experience with personalized client consultations and customer engagement is advantageous.
Education
Secondary education; further education or beauty-related certifications are advantageous but not required.
