Chanel is hiring a Beauty Advisor in Antwerp — deliver luxury skincare and makeup consultations and drive boutique sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalised skincare and makeup consultations and in-boutique demonstrations that reflect Chanel’s product expertise and luxury service standards.
- Drive sales performance against individual and boutique targets through proactive client approach, upsell and cross-sell of cosmetics, fragrances and skincare.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through effective clienteling, appointment management and follow-up.
- Execute visual merchandising, product replenishment and boutique presentation to ensure adherence to brand guidelines and seasonal campaigns.
- Operate the point-of-sale system, process transactions and maintain accurate stock records and inventory control.
- Participate in brand training, product launches and promotional events, and ensure strict compliance with hygiene, safety and loss-prevention policies.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable passion for cosmetics and skincare with strong aesthetic sensibility appropriate for a luxury brand.
- Proven customer-service orientation and polished interpersonal skills; ability to engage high-net-worth and diverse clientele with discretion.
- Retail experience in prestige cosmetics or luxury retail (preferred): at least 1 year of client-facing sales experience.
- Availability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and seasonal peaks; legal right to work in Belgium.
- Basic beauty training or certification is an asset (makeup artist diploma, esthetics certificate or equivalent).

Previous experience in prestige cosmetics or luxury retail is preferred; typically one or more years of client-facing sales and consultation work in a boutique or cosmetics environment.
Education
Secondary education (high school diploma) or equivalent; formal beauty or makeup qualification is advantageous but not mandatory.
