Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised client consultations and product recommendations across fragrance, skincare and colour cosmetics to cultivate loyalty and sales.
- Perform make‑up and skincare demonstrations, offer application services and conduct skin assessments in accordance with Chanel protocols.
- Contribute to sales targets through consultative selling, clienteling and active promotion of brand launches and seasonal initiatives.
- Maintain boutique presentation to Chanel standards: merchandising, visual display, sample management and stock replenishment.

Qualifications

- Commercial awareness and motivation to achieve measurable sales objectives within a luxury retail environment.
- Organisational aptitude, attention to detail and the ability to work shifts typical of flagship boutiques (including weekends).
