Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised in-store consultations for makeup and skincare, tailoring recommendations to each client’s needs and preferences.
- Perform professional makeup applications and skincare demonstrations to showcase product efficacy and build client trust.
- Drive sales through attentive clienteling, pro‑active outreach and aftercare to develop long‑term relationships.
- Achieve individual and boutique sales objectives while accurately recording client data and sales activity in the CRM/POS.
- Maintain luxury visual merchandising standards and ensure product presentation aligns with brand guidelines.
- Support stock management, receipt processing and inventory checks to preserve availability and presentation.
- Participate in in-store events, launches and promotional campaigns to amplify brand visibility and client engagement.
- Uphold Chanel’s service protocols and maintain a polished, professional appearance at all times.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a work‑study (alternance) or apprenticeship programme in cosmetics, retail, business or a related discipline.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for luxury beauty and client service.
- Commercial orientation with ability to work to sales targets and KPIs.
- High attention to detail and ability to apply brand visual and service standards consistently.
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends; reliable punctuality.
- Previous retail or beauty experience is an advantage but not mandatory for the alternance.

Experience
Suitable for candidates at the beginning of their careers; previous experience in retail or beauty is advantageous but not required for a work‑study placement.
Education
Enrolled in a vocational programme (Bac to Bac+3/Bachelor level) or equivalent in cosmetics, aesthetics, retail, sales or marketing, eligible for an alternance contract.
