Chanel seeks a Beauty Advisor in Adelaide, South Australia — deliver luxury skincare and makeup consultations and drive sales for Chanel beauty.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised skincare and makeup consultations, adapting recommendations to each client's needs and preferences.
  • Provide professional application and demonstration of Chanel skincare, fragrance and colour cosmetics in line with House techniques and protocols.
  • Drive sales and meet individual and team KPIs through proactive client outreach, appointment management and conversion of walk‑in clients.
  • Build and maintain long‑term client relationships using clienteling best practices and the brand's CRM tools.
  • Ensure impeccable visual and merchandising standards on the counter or boutique, including stock replenishment and loss prevention procedures.
  • Participate in in‑store trainings, product launches and promotional events, and represent the brand with professionalism at all times.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in prestige beauty or luxury cosmetics retail, ideally with a documented sales track record.
  • Professional training or certification in beauty, makeup artistry or cosmetology is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to consult, upsell and manage client expectations in a luxury environment.
  • Availability to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.
