Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailor-made experiences across makeup, fragrances, and skincare categories
• Build and actively maintain a personal client database through consistent clienteling efforts in collaboration with store management
• Embody Chanel values and heritage, communicating brand knowledge and storytelling to clients and team members
• Execute cross-selling strategies across all boutique categories to maximize client basket and brand penetration
• Welcome and manage clients with excellence, ensuring strong relationship-building and brand loyalty development
• Participate actively in beauty events, workshops, and promotional activities organized for client engagement
• Maintain boutique visual merchandising standards in accordance with Chanel guidelines and ensure operational excellence
• Handle client inquiries, complaints, and special requests effectively and in compliance with brand protocols
• Support daily boutique operations and contribute to achievement of sales targets and key performance indicators
• Maintain personal grooming standards and serve as a brand ambassador at all times

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in high-end or luxury retail beauty environment
• Fluency in English (mandatory); Arabic or Russian preferred
• Demonstrable passion for beauty, cosmetics, and fragrance with deep product knowledge
• Strong understanding of luxury client service standards and premium retail operations
• Proven interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build rapport across diverse clientele
• Proactive mindset with capacity for continuous self-learning and trend awareness
• Intercultural competency and adaptability in multinational environment

Skills

Experience

Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in luxury retail beauty environments, demonstrating consistent excellence in high-end client service, product expertise, and sales achievement.

Education

Secondary education (or equivalent) required; further qualifications in beauty, cosmetics, or luxury retail management are advantageous.
