Role & Responsibilities
- Provide expert product consultation and personalised recommendations across the Chanel beauty portfolio, including skincare, makeup, and fragrances
- Engage clients with sophisticated product knowledge and Chanel brand heritage to drive sales and client loyalty
- Maintain elevated beauty counter standards and ensure product displays reflect Chanel's luxury positioning
- Build and cultivate lasting client relationships through attentive service and follow-up engagement

Qualifications
- Proven track record in luxury beauty or retail sales
