Chanel is hiring an Auditor in Firenze Osmannoro: perform internal audits across finance, operations and compliance for the maison's Italian site.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute risk‑based internal audits across finance, operations and compliance at the Firenze Osmannoro site and associated business units.
  • Evaluate internal controls and operational processes, identify deficiencies and quantify business impact.
  • Prepare clear, evidence‑based audit reports with pragmatic recommendations and agreed remediation plans; follow up on action implementation.
  • Perform risk assessments and contribute to continuous improvement of the internal control framework and governance processes.
  • Liaise with local management, finance, supply‑chain and compliance teams to gather information and drive corrective actions.
  • Support ad‑hoc investigations and special reviews as required, and assist in preparation for external audits or regulatory examinations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Professional certification preferred (e.g., Certified Internal Auditor, Chartered Accountant or equivalent).
  • Demonstrable experience in internal audit, external audit (Big Four) or corporate finance roles.
  • Strong knowledge of internal control frameworks, audit methodologies and risk assessment techniques.
  • Fluency in spoken and written Italian and professional working knowledge of English is strongly preferred.

Experience
