Chanel in Neuilly‑sur‑Seine seeks an Audiovisual Production Assistant (work‑study) starting Sept 2026 for content production and on‑set coordination.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support end‑to‑end production of branded audiovisual content, including pre‑production planning, on‑set assistance and post‑production coordination.
- Prepare and maintain production schedules, call sheets, shot lists and logistics documentation for studio and location shoots.
- Coordinate with internal creative, marketing and digital teams and external suppliers (agencies, production companies, freelancers) to ensure delivery to brief and deadlines.
- Manage day‑to‑day production logistics: equipment bookings, location permits, travel arrangements and on‑set needs.
- Track production budgets and expenses, process supplier invoices and assist with cost reconciliation.
- Oversee file management and asset delivery: ingesting footage, labelling, metadata, archive handover and delivery to post‑production.
- Assist with technical QC, versioning, and delivery specifications for multiple platforms (social, e‑commerce, editorial).
- Contribute to rights clearance, talent releases and basic contract follow‑up in coordination with legal/commercial teams.
Qualifications
- Enrollment in a validated work‑study (alternance) program in audiovisual production, film, multimedia or communications with availability to start September 2026.
- Excellent organisational skills, meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple, time‑sensitive tasks.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; professional and diplomatic when liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven interest in luxury brand content and the ability to respect brand guidelines and high production standards.
- Flexible availability for occasional early starts, evenings or location shoots as required.
- Right to work in France for the duration of the alternance contract.

Practical experience gained through prior internships, student film projects or freelance assistance on shoots and post‑production; demonstrable familiarity with on‑set protocols and post workflow preferred.
Education
Currently enrolled in a higher education programme (Bachelor’s or Master’s level) in audiovisual production, film, multimedia, or communications qualifying for an alternance/work‑study placement.
