Role & Responsibilities
- Coach and inspire the sales team on the selling floor to deliver elevated client experiences consistently
- Foster a positive working environment centered on feedback, diversity, mutual respect, and collaboration
- Provide initial and ongoing training on CHANEL savoir faire, product details, and service delivery standards
- Drive all aspects of assigned product categories including analysis, reporting, assortment planning, and coordination with Home Office buying teams
- Manage product category performance with agility and resilience, using key performance indicators and lessons learned to drive continuous improvement
- Represent CHANEL in the market through community involvement, partnerships with local businesses, and execution of social and seasonal events
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of related retail or luxury goods experience
- Proven leadership experience managing and coaching sales teams
