Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute visual merchandising strategies in collaboration with the Visual Merchandising Director to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
  • Design and implement seasonal window displays, in-store installations, and promotional presentations that reflect Chanel's aesthetic standards
  • Oversee the installation, maintenance, and refresh cycles of displays to maximize visual impact and product visibility
  • Monitor sales performance in relation to visual merchandising initiatives and adjust presentations based on performance metrics
  • Coordinate with retail operations, product teams, and external display vendors to ensure timely and seamless execution
  • Conduct regular store audits to verify compliance with visual standards and provide guidance to retail teams on display best practices
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of all visual merchandising campaigns, including photography, specifications, and changeover timelines

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in visual merchandising, retail display design, or similar creative retail role within luxury fashion
  • Strong understanding of brand positioning, luxury retail environments, and consumer psychology in high-end retail settings
  • Demonstrated ability to translate creative concepts into cohesive, executable visual presentations
