Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and animate the visual merchandising team at the 31 Rue Cambon boutique, ensuring all displays adhere strictly to brand image guidelines and organizational standards
  • Organize and schedule team workflows in alignment with boutique calendars, operational requirements, and collection launches
  • Evaluate visual merchandiser performance, cultivate professional development, and integrate new team members
  • Oversee the deployment and installation of all merchandising elements including displays, signage, window presentations, and promotional installations
  • Analyze boutique requirements and forecast needs for décor elements and display supports
  • Communicate merchandising projects, deployment timelines, and strategic initiatives to boutique management and teams
  • Maintain consistent brand aesthetic through continuous monitoring and upkeep of all visual displays
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market intelligence on retail trends and visual presentation strategies
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the boutique and the Image and Visual Merchandising coordination services

Qualifications

  • 4–7 years of proven visual merchandising experience in retail luxury or prestige environments
  • Demonstrated natural leadership capability with prior team management experience
  • Strong sensitivity to fashion, design, and aesthetic principles aligned with luxury brand standards
  • Exceptional attention to detail combined with organizational rigor and adaptability
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in visual merchandising software or display management systems (if applicable)
  • Understanding of retail operations and customer behavior dynamics
