Chanel seeks Assistant Visual Merchandising Design Manager in Hong Kong. Lead creative visual strategies across North Asia and SEAA with proficiency in SketchUp, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
Role & Responsibilities
- Translate brand vision into compelling visual merchandising concepts that elevate the customer experience
- Develop and implement regional guidelines, display planograms, and campaign design directions to ensure consistent execution across markets
- Lead the creation of innovative displays and event designs that align with Chanel's aesthetic and storytelling
- Partner with local markets to provide design solutions and training, fostering alignment and excellence across regions
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong ownership and attention to detail
- Collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders to deliver cohesive brand experiences
Qualifications
- Degree in Interior Design, Industrial/Product Design, Visual Communication, Graphic Design, or Multimedia
- Minimum 8 years of experience in visual merchandising, graphic design, or event design within the cosmetics or luxury industry
- Proficiency in SketchUp, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop
- Knowledge of 3D Studio Max, InDesign, and Microsoft Office
- Strong leadership and project management capabilities with ability to work independently
- Fluency in English

At least 8 years of professional experience in visual merchandising, graphic design, or event design, ideally within the cosmetics or luxury sector. Demonstrated capability in managing complex design projects independently and collaborating effectively across regional teams.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Industrial/Product Design, Visual Communication, Graphic Design, or Multimedia.
