Role & Responsibilities
- Support the boutique manager in achieving and exceeding sales targets through coaching, merchandising and direct selling.
- Lead and develop a team of sales advisors: recruitment support, daily coaching, performance management and scheduling.
- Own clienteling activities and VIP relationship management to build long-term revenue and repeat clientele.
- Ensure visual merchandising, product presentation and inventory integrity meet Chanel’s global standards.
- Manage daily store operations including cash handling procedures, point-of-sale oversight, stock replenishment and loss-prevention protocols.

- High level of professionalism, discretion and client-service orientation appropriate to a luxury maison.

Education
