Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in day-to-day boutique operations at Westfield UTC, ensuring excellence in service and operational delivery.
- Drive execution of brand retail standards including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, visual merchandising and store presentation.
- Oversee staffing: prepare schedules, coordinate shift coverage, coach sales team and manage performance to achieve sales and service KPIs.
- Manage inventory controls and stock processes, including cycle counts, receiving, transfers and shrinkage prevention measures.
- Ensure compliance with POS procedures, cash reconciliations and loss-prevention protocols; liaise with regional teams for remedial actions.
- Contribute to clienteling activities and support high-value client service initiatives, including appointments and after-sales follow-up.
- Prepare and deliver operational reports; identify process improvements to increase efficiency and elevate the client experience.
Qualifications
- Proven supervisory experience in luxury retail or premium fashion (preferably within boutiques or brand-owned stores).
- Strong leadership and coaching capabilities with a demonstrated track record of developing sales teams.
- Thorough knowledge of retail operations: cash handling, inventory management, visual merchandising and loss prevention.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; professional presentation consistent with a luxury brand environment.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings and peak trading periods typical of shopping-centre retail.
