Chanel Nice boutique internship: 6-month Assistant Store Manager role supporting sales operations and team coordination, starting January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in organizing and optimizing sales team schedules and floor presence
- Coordinate boutique opening procedures, including team briefings, merchandise setup, and watchmaking station preparation
- Monitor and enforce boutique procedures and charter compliance
- Track and manage reservations, pending sales, and inter-boutique transfers
- Oversee merchandising standards and visual presentation
- Welcome and advise clientele during high-traffic periods
- Support day-to-day sales team management and mission execution
Qualifications
- Graduate of a business school or university programme
- Prior experience in luxury sales environments
- Fluent English language proficiency
- Advanced proficiency with standard office computer systems
- Excellent personal presentation
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building capabilities
