Role & Responsibilities
- Support sales managers in overseeing and coordinating sales team activities and daily operations
- Optimize sales force scheduling and ensure adequate coverage across shifts
- Manage stock organization, replenishment, and merchandising coordination to maintain store standards
- Ensure compliance with boutique procedures and brand charter standards throughout the store
- Coordinate boutique opening procedures including team briefings, supply preparation, and point-of-sale setup
- Monitor and maintain merchandising displays and product arrangements to brand specifications
- Track reservations, pending sales, and inter-boutique transfers to facilitate customer fulfillment
- Provide customer service and sales support during peak trading periods
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a business school or university commerce program
- Prior experience in luxury retail sales or customer-facing roles in high-end environments
- Fluent English language proficiency
- Proficiency with standard computer systems and retail software tools
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent personal presentation and appearance standards
- Ability to work collaboratively with management and sales teams
