Chanel Sales Operations Associate apprenticeship in Paris - support retail management in luxury fashion boutiques starting September 2024.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support sales team leadership in overseeing daily boutique operations and team performance optimization
- Coordinate sales floor organization including inventory replenishment, merchandising displays, and watch setup procedures
- Implement and maintain compliance with boutique procedures and brand charter standards
- Monitor sales reservations, pending transactions, and inter-boutique transfers
- Provide direct customer engagement and styling advice during high-traffic periods
- Assist with boutique opening procedures including team briefings, supplies preparation, and visual merchandising setup
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or graduate of a Business School or University programme
- Demonstrated first experience in luxury goods retail sales
- Strong presentation skills and exceptional interpersonal abilities
- Fluency in English; proficiency with standard computer applications
- Commitment to delivering premium customer service in a luxury environment

Previous internship or entry-level experience in luxury retail is required; demonstrated interest in fashion and retail development is essential.
Education
Current student at Business School or University, or recent graduate of a commerce or university programme.
