Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the boutique Manager in achieving sales targets and day-to-day commercial operations.
  • Deliver exceptional, personalised clienteling and maintain long-term relationships with individual and VIP clients.
  • Supervise and coach sales advisors on product knowledge, service routines and conversion techniques.
  • Coordinate client appointments, manage the boutique rota and ensure an impeccable customer journey on the shop floor.
  • Assist with stock management, inventory controls and timely replenishment to maintain merchandising standards.
  • Ensure adherence to brand visual merchandising directives, store presentation and housekeeping standards.
  • Handle transactions, cash reconciliation and basic administrative reporting in line with internal procedures.
  • Contribute to in-store events, launches and seasonal campaigns, liaising with corporate teams as required.

Qualifications

  • Eligible for an alternance (work‑study) contract beginning September 2026 and currently enrolled in a recognised higher-education programme.
  • Demonstrable commercial orientation with a strong service ethic and professional polish appropriate to luxury retail.
  • Proven ability to work flexibly, including weekends and peak retail periods.
  • Capacity to lead small teams and positively influence peer performance through coaching and example.
  • High standards of discretion, reliability and presentation in a client-facing environment.

Experience

Education

Enrolled in a tertiary programme (business, retail, fashion or luxury management) eligible for alternance/work‑study (e.g., BTS, Licence Professionnelle, Bachelor's level or equivalent).
