Role & Responsibilities
- Support the boutique Manager in achieving sales targets and day-to-day commercial operations.
- Deliver exceptional, personalised clienteling and maintain long-term relationships with individual and VIP clients.
- Supervise and coach sales advisors on product knowledge, service routines and conversion techniques.
- Coordinate client appointments, manage the boutique rota and ensure an impeccable customer journey on the shop floor.
- Assist with stock management, inventory controls and timely replenishment to maintain merchandising standards.
- Ensure adherence to brand visual merchandising directives, store presentation and housekeeping standards.
- Handle transactions, cash reconciliation and basic administrative reporting in line with internal procedures.
- Contribute to in-store events, launches and seasonal campaigns, liaising with corporate teams as required.
Qualifications
- Eligible for an alternance (work‑study) contract beginning September 2026 and currently enrolled in a recognised higher-education programme.
- Demonstrable commercial orientation with a strong service ethic and professional polish appropriate to luxury retail.
- Proven ability to work flexibly, including weekends and peak retail periods.
- Capacity to lead small teams and positively influence peer performance through coaching and example.
- High standards of discretion, reliability and presentation in a client-facing environment.
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in retail or customer-facing roles is preferred; prior exposure to luxury or premium brands is an advantage. Suitable for candidates with internships or 0–2 years' experience seeking a management pathway through alternance.
Education
Enrolled in a tertiary programme (business, retail, fashion or luxury management) eligible for alternance/work‑study (e.g., BTS, Licence Professionnelle, Bachelor's level or equivalent).
