Six-month sales operations internship at Chanel's 19 Rue Cambon boutique in Paris, starting July 2026, supporting retail management and operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support sales managers in directing and coordinating retail sales teams
- Optimize sales force scheduling and coordinate field organization including restocking and arrangement
- Ensure adherence to boutique procedures and brand standards
- Coordinate boutique opening procedures, including team briefings, stock preparation, and horology setup
- Monitor and control merchandising displays and standards
- Track reservations, pending sales, and inter-boutique transfers
- Welcome and advise clients during peak traffic periods
Qualifications
- Student from a business school or university
- First professional experience in luxury sales
- Fluent English proficiency
- Advanced computer literacy
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and attention to detail
