Chanel in Paris seeks an intern Assistant Project Manager — Top Client Experiences (Fashion), starting Sept 2026. Internship in client experiences and event coordination.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Project Manager in the end-to-end delivery of exclusive client experiences for Chanel’s fashion division, from concept development through post-event reporting.
- Coordinate internal stakeholders — including merchandising, retail, creative and communications teams — to ensure alignment of timeline, brief and client expectations.
- Liaise with external suppliers and venues; manage scheduling, logistics and vendor briefings to guarantee seamless execution.
- Prepare high-quality presentation materials, project documentation, run-sheets and status reports for senior stakeholders.
- Monitor project budgets and procurement processes, flagging deviations and supporting reconciliation.
- Provide on-site support during activations and client events, overseeing setup, guest relations and immediate issue resolution.
- Collect and synthesize qualitative and quantitative post-event feedback; contribute to lessons-learned and KPI measurement.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in luxury management, marketing, event management, communications or a related discipline.
- Strong organisational aptitude with proven ability to manage competing deadlines and complex event logistics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with polished presentation capabilities.
- Discretion, professionalism and a client-first mindset appropriate for servicing high-net-worth clientele.
- Availability to begin the internship in September 2026 for the typical internship period (e.g., 4–6 months) and to be present on-site in Paris as required.

Experience
Previous internships or academic projects in events, clienteling, luxury retail or marketing are advantageous; demonstrable experience organising campus or extracurricular events and working within cross-functional teams is desirable.
Education
Enrolment in a tertiary programme (Bachelor's or Master's) in luxury management, marketing, events, communications, business or equivalent.
