Role & Responsibilities

  • Measure, analyze, and monitor Bureau d'Études performance metrics by collection cycle
  • Assess and optimize individual workload distribution across pattern makers and seamstresses throughout collection periods
  • Develop and maintain performance dashboards for operational guidance and activity optimization
  • Track and disseminate key performance indicators to management stakeholders
  • Support coordination of design studies, project management, and departmental organization
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis of completed collections and identify risks within ongoing production cycles

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's +4/+5 program (engineering, business, university, or fashion studies)
  • Demonstrated analytical capabilities including needs assessment, data collection, and tool development
  • Product sensitivity and understanding of luxury fashion production processes
  • Proficiency with Excel and Power BI; familiarity with PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) systems is a strong advantage
