Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and coordination of offline service projects and campaigns for the Fragrances and Beauty division
- Support project managers in managing timelines, budgets, and cross-functional stakeholder communications
- Track project milestones and deliverables, maintaining organized documentation and reporting
- Collaborate with retail, event, and logistics teams to ensure seamless campaign execution
- Contribute to the development and refinement of offline service processes and best practices
Qualifications
- Enrolled in or recently completed a bachelor's degree program in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Clear and professional communication skills in French and English

Experience
No prior professional experience required. Exposure to project management, retail operations, or event coordination through coursework or extracurricular involvement is advantageous.
Education
Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a bachelor's degree program in Project Management, Business Administration, Event Management, or a related discipline.
