Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the project management lifecycle for offline distribution initiatives within Parfums Beauté, from planning through execution and post-launch reviews.
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders — retail teams, wholesale partners, merchandising, supply chain, marketing and external vendors — to ensure timely delivery of POS, merchandising and launch materials.
  • Maintain project plans, timelines and trackers; report progress, risks and dependencies to the project lead and local stakeholders.
  • Help prepare briefs, presentation materials and product documentation for store roll-outs and partner activations.
  • Validate physical assets and in-store layouts against brand and merchandising standards during pre-launch inspections and roll-out phases.
  • Support budget tracking, invoice reconciliation and basic procurement follow-up related to distribution projects.
  • Contribute to continuous-improvement initiatives by collecting feedback from retail teams and documenting lessons learned after each activation.

Qualifications

  • Accepted into an apprenticeship/alternance program (Bachelor’s or Master’s level) in business, marketing, luxury management, retail or a related discipline.
  • Strong organisational ability with rigorous attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple concurrent deadlines.
  • Professional communication skills and a collaborative mindset to work with internal teams and external suppliers.
  • Proactive, resourceful and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-standards luxury retail environment.
