Role & Responsibilities
- Support operational execution of leather optimization and environmental footprint reduction projects in collaboration with external expert consultants
- Coordinate lifecycle assessment data collection in tanneries, ensuring data quality, timeline adherence, and stakeholder communication with product operations teams
- Participate in leather traceability initiatives and contribute to integration of traceability outcomes across the supply chain
- Contribute to tannery laboratory activity reporting and transformation KPI development
- Conduct targeted research and content development including competitive benchmarking, cross-functional analysis, market studies, strategic monitoring, and ad-hoc investigations of tannery process sustainability topics
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a leather engineering program (such as ITECH)
- Fluent written and oral English proficiency
- Strong autonomy and proactive work approach
- Excellent written and verbal synthesis capabilities
- Interpersonal effectiveness and adaptability across diverse working environments

Experience
Currently pursuing a degree in leather engineering or allied technical discipline with demonstrated interest in sustainability and supply chain optimization.
