Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and implementation of learning projects for the Fragrance and Beauty division.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and execution.
  • Support the project manager in tracking project progress and preparing reports.
  • Contribute to the creation of training materials and resources.
  • Participate in the organization of training sessions and workshops.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program or recent graduate.
  • Strong interest in the luxury beauty and fragrance industry.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
