Role & Responsibilities

  • Organize and manage all assets necessary for fashion messaging conception, including images, videos, texts, press publications, product information, and brand heritage documentation
  • Oversee the realization of training modules for in-person sessions and collection-specific training materials in collaboration with learning designers and external creative agencies
  • Develop and manage digital modules deployed on the Inside Fashion Learning internal platform and maintain its back-office systems
  • Independently develop physical training tools such as posters and material swatches in coordination with external service providers
  • Create educational videos and supplementary digital content to enrich the training experience
  • Distribute content and manage communications with the international learning community

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a business school, fashion school, or university program
  • Prior internship or professional experience in project management, training content creation, fashion/luxury sales, or marketing communications
  • Acute sensibility for fashion and luxury aesthetics with a refined eye for detail and product knowledge
  • Mastery of PowerPoint and digital literacy
  • Advanced English proficiency (all tools and materials are written exclusively in English)
  • Ability to interact effectively with multiple stakeholders and manage parallel projects while respecting project timelines
  • Strong organizational and attention to detail
