Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate logistics and scheduling for international training programmes across Collections Expertise divisions
- Support project documentation, timelines, and deliverables for training initiative implementation
- Facilitate communication between internal stakeholders, trainers, and international participants
- Assist in the development and refinement of training materials and curriculum frameworks
- Track programme performance metrics and gather feedback for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a master's degree in Project Management, Fashion Studies, Human Resources, or related field
- Demonstrated interest in luxury fashion, training development, or organizational learning
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in French and English
