Role & Responsibilities
- Support the project manager in the end-to-end development of high-jewellery and watch collections, from concept validation to production follow-up.
- Monitor schedules and milestones, coordinate sample phases and compile status reports for internal stakeholders and external ateliers.
- Prepare and maintain technical files, specifications, bills of materials and quality checklists to brand standards.
- Liaise with design, prototyping, procurement, quality and manufacturing teams to resolve technical or timing issues.
- Follow up on supplier and atelier deliverables, organizing fittings, tests and documentation for approvals.
- Record meeting minutes, track action items and ensure traceability of decisions across cross-functional teams.
- Assist with cost monitoring, sourcing dossiers and basic benchmarking for materials and processes.
- Contribute to continuous-improvement initiatives relating to development workflows and sample efficiency.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program in jewellery design, horology, gemmology, materials science, product development or related discipline.
- Available to start in July 2026 and able to undertake an internship in France (right to work/visa where applicable).
- Excellent organisational skills, methodical approach and meticulous attention to detail.
- High level of discretion and respect for confidentiality in managing sensitive creative projects.
- Strong interpersonal skills and capacity to collaborate with ateliers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Experience
Prior internships or project experience in jewellery or watch development, product engineering or atelier environments is advantageous but not mandatory; the role is open to candidates with limited professional experience who demonstrate relevant academic training and strong organisational aptitude.
Education
Pursuing a degree in jewellery design, horology, gemmology, materials science, engineering or a closely related field.
