Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Project Manager in the design, delivery and ongoing maintenance of global retail education programs for sales and store teams.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional and regional stakeholders to schedule trainings, collect requirements and localize content.
  • Prepare and maintain training materials, presentations and documentation for classroom and digital learning formats.
  • Assist with the deployment and administration of digital learning modules and LMS content (user enrolment, reporting, updates).
  • Manage logistics for in‑person sessions and global learning events, including vendor coordination and participant communications.
  • Track program KPIs, compile attendance and performance reports, and propose actionable insights to improve learning impact.
  • Support basic budget monitoring, purchase orders and expense follow‑up related to training activities.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Fashion Management, Business, Human Resources, Learning & Development or a related discipline (alternance/apprenticeship requirement).
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks and deadlines in a matrix environment.
