Chanel seeks an internship assistant for the Front-End Engineering Transformation Office in Neuilly-sur-Seine, supporting digital platform modernization and program governance (6 months, January 2026).
Role & Responsibilities
- Organize and facilitate internal governance instances for the transformation program, including planning, contributor coordination, materials preparation, meeting documentation, and action tracking
- Support the technical maturation of the platform through front-end technology monitoring, developer environment optimization, and integration of modern engineering practices such as automated testing, CI/CD, observability, performance, and security
- Assist in change management and team adoption of new practices and processes through standards dissemination, best-practice sharing, and skills development support
- Ensure synchronization and consistency with other digital and technology programs across the Maison, aligning roadmaps and guaranteeing harmonized global architecture
Qualifications
- University student or engineering graduate (Bac+5 level) with first experience in tech/digital projects
- Demonstrated passion for modern web technologies, headless architectures, and large-scale digital transformation
- Excellent communication skills in both French and English (C1 minimum)
- Rigorous, curious, communicative, and autonomous with proven ability to collaborate and propose solutions

First experience in tech or digital projects; familiarity with transformation program environments is advantageous.
Education
