Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Embroidery Project Manager in planning and executing embroidery projects from prototype to production, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
  • Collect, analyse and report performance metrics (lead times, defect rates, productivity) to identify improvement opportunities and measure the impact of corrective actions.
  • Map processes and participate in root‑cause analysis, proposing and implementing continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with ateliers and suppliers.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders (product development, production, quality, sourcing) and prepare documentation, technical dossiers and project trackers.
  • Assist with quality control checks on samples and production runs, flagging non‑conformities and following up on corrective measures.
  • Organise project meetings, minute actions, update project plans and support change management activities related to new processes or tooling.

Qualifications

  • Enrolment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in textile engineering, industrial engineering, fashion/garment technology, production management or equivalent.
  • Strong analytical aptitude and comfort working with performance metrics and process data.
  • Good organisational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a deadline‑driven environment.
