Chanel internship for Assistant Project Manager, Digital in Neuilly-sur-Seine, 6 months from January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Collect project information and creative briefs from Fashion, Watches & Jewelry, Perfume & Beauty, Artistic Direction, Marketing, and Design teams
- Consolidate and standardize artistic and business briefs according to Chanel guidelines
- Coordinate project publishing schedules and testing phases
- Track localization and translation workflows for international projects
- Oversee quality assurance testing and manage defect correction cycles
- Qualify and categorize feedback from stakeholders
- Coordinate publication of projects to chanel.com
- Maintain comprehensive project tracking documentation
Qualifications
- Final-year internship or sabbatical-year placement
- Prior experience with content management and ticketing systems (JIRA, Azure DevOps, Trello) preferred
- Demonstrated artistic sensibility and cultural awareness
- Strong interpersonal and pedagogical skills
- Fluent English proficiency
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Final-year academic internship or equivalent placement; prior exposure to digital project management, content operations, or ticketing systems is advantageous but not required.
Education
Currently enrolled in or recently completed a higher education programme; final-year internship or second half of an academic gap year placement.
