Chanel — Paris: Internship as Assistant Project Manager, Client Experience (Watches & Jewellery). Start July 2026; support CX projects and events in the Maison's horlogerie & joaillerie division.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of client experience projects for the Watches & Jewellery division, from concept through delivery.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders including retail, marketing, product, after‑sales and visual merchandising to ensure project alignment and timing.
  • Maintain project timelines, track milestones and assist with basic budget monitoring and vendor follow‑up.
  • Prepare clear, polished presentations, status reports and briefing documents for internal stakeholders and executive review.
  • Contribute to client journey mapping, mystery shopping analysis and the consolidation of qualitative feedback to inform experience improvements.
  • Assist in organising client events, VIP appointments and in‑boutique activations, including logistical coordination and on‑site support.
  • Support production of training materials and operating procedures for front‑line teams to ensure consistent delivery of CX initiatives.
  • Liaise with external suppliers and partners to obtain quotes, samples and production updates as required.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Business, Marketing, Luxury Management, Communications or equivalent.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; polished presentation skills and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated interest in luxury watches and jewellery, client service and experiential retail.
  • Discretion, professionalism and a collaborative mindset when working with senior stakeholders and high‑value clients.

Experience
