Chanel Paris internship: Assistant Project Manager - Client Engagement & Communications for fashion shows and collections, starting January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and orchestrate the execution of client communication campaigns aligned with runway shows, collections, and product campaigns in collaboration with global teams (Image, Communication, Supply Chain) and regional offices
- Assist in creating briefs for various campaigns and coordinate feedback consolidation across regions
- Oversee operational development of campaign assets, ensuring adherence to timelines and regional requirements, including buying session coordination, technical file receipt, translation management, tracked link creation, email development, and BAT validation
- Consolidate quarterly and annual campaign feedback and develop comprehensive reporting
- Coordinate and maintain ownership of the global and local communication calendar
- Prepare monthly regional meetings with all divisions and ensure accurate meeting documentation
Qualifications
- Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written
- Demonstrated organizational acumen and anticipatory thinking
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities with precision and responsiveness
Skills
Experience
Academic experience with exposure to project coordination, communications, or luxury fashion marketing is advantageous. No minimum years of professional experience required for this internship position.
Education
Currently pursuing or recent graduate of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in project management, communications, business administration, luxury marketing, or related discipline.
