Chanel seeks an Assistant Project Manager Intern for CHANEL & moi (repair and alteration services) in Paris, France, starting January 2027. Six-month internship.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for repair and alteration service teams and workshops, ensuring regular follow-up on needs, questions, and field feedback
  • Conduct field visits and engage directly with boutique teams to identify opportunities for improving client experience and the CHANEL & moi service journey
  • Deploy projects and initiatives in boutiques: preparing materials, monitoring implementation, consolidating feedback, and sharing best practices across the network
  • Prepare and coordinate monthly steering committees for repair and alteration services: building agendas, facilitating discussions, documenting outcomes, and tracking action items
  • Create and maintain content for boutique teams, including presentations, training materials, and daily briefing documents
  • Coordinate scheduling systems necessary for publishing CHANEL & moi service appointments on CHANEL.com
  • Highlight collective achievements and share inspiring initiatives within the CHANEL & moi community
  • Monitor monthly activity performance using KPIs, dashboards, newsletters, and ad-hoc reporting
  • Contribute to building performance-boosting campaigns: defining objectives, preparing supporting materials, tracking results, and communicating with boutiques
  • Communicate quality alerts and monitor performance to ensure operational excellence

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree plus 4–5 additional years of education (Bac+4 or Bac+5)
  • Prior experience in marketing, retail operations, project management, or customer experience roles
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong organizational and analytical capabilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities
  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in reporting and documentation
  • Sensitivity to luxury brand values, service excellence, and exceptional craftsmanship

Experience
