Chanel seeks Assistant Project Manager for Watches & Jewelry in Paris, January 2027. Six-month internship role combining business analysis, staff engagement, and digital learning for France market.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop, monitor, and disseminate relevant analytical reporting and co-construct recurring dashboards for business performance tracking
- Design and implement sales incentive programs to drive retail performance in boutiques
- Establish key performance indicators for targeted business events and initiatives
- Participate in the creation and animation of committees designed to engage boutique teams
- Propose strategic levers and opportunities to support business development objectives
- Deploy and coordinate staff engagement programs across Fashion and Watches & Jewelry teams
- Organize and facilitate monthly committee meetings to support team engagement
- Propose and implement innovative engagement initiatives
- Draft monthly newsletters covering France market updates and competitive intelligence
- Adapt and localize digital learning content for team distribution
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics for the e-learning platform
- Develop and create training content for Fashion teams
- Coordinate in-person training sessions and workshops
- Support wholesale network animation and engagement activities
Qualifications
- Graduate of a business school (Bac+4/5 equivalent) or equivalent qualification
- Completed at least one internship in Management Control, Business Analysis, or Operations roles
- Demonstrated analytical and commercial acumen
- Excellent interpersonal skills and capacity to work cross-functionally with retail network
- Fluency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (Office Suite)

Experience
At least one successful internship in a Controlling, Business Analysis, or Operations function. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with retail teams and manage cross-functional projects.
Education
Graduate degree from a business school or equivalent (Bac+4 or Bac+5 minimum).
