Role & Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager on Beauty Programs, KEM and services for Parfums Beauté by coordinating initiatives from conception through operational deployment.
• Maintain project plans, timelines and action logs; follow up with internal stakeholders (marketing, R&D, regulatory, supply chain, retail) to ensure milestones are met.
• Prepare and deliver clear project documentation and presentations for governance meetings, steering committees and external partners.
• Coordinate operational and vendor activities for launches and in-market activations; assist with supplier briefs, tracking and quality control.
• Monitor budgets and basic financial indicators related to assigned projects; flag risks and propose corrective actions.
• Collect and synthesize performance data (KPIs) and post‑project learnings to support continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a higher‑education programme (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Marketing, Business, Project Management, Cosmetic Science or a related discipline and eligible for an alternance/apprenticeship contract.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to produce professional presentations and concise reports.
• High attention to detail and a methodical approach to tracking actions and documents.
• Interpersonal aptitude for working with cross‑functional teams and external vendors in a collaborative manner.

Skills

Experience

Previous internships or project experience in marketing, product development or project coordination—preferably within beauty, cosmetics or luxury retail—are advantageous but not mandatory for an alternance.

Education

Enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme related to Marketing, Business, Project Management, Cosmetic Science or an equivalent field; eligible for alternance/apprenticeship in France.
