Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Project Manager of the technical office (Bureau d’Études) in monitoring and improving the performance of external manufacturers (façonniers).
  • Collect, consolidate and analyse supplier KPIs — lead times, quality rates, capacity utilisation and adherence to technical specifications.
  • Maintain and update performance dashboards and regular reporting to stakeholders across product development, production and quality teams.
  • Coordinate corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives with suppliers and internal teams; follow up on action plans and deadlines.
  • Prepare documentation for review meetings, technical files and supplier evaluations; ensure traceability of decisions and changes.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings (product development, production, quality, sourcing) and support supplier communications and audits.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a higher-education program (Bachelor’s or Master’s level) in industrial engineering, textile/fashion technology, product development, supply chain or a related discipline.
  • Strong analytical aptitude with proven ability to handle quantitative data and translate findings into operational actions.
  • Excellent organisational skills and capacity to manage multiple concurrent tasks with rigorous follow-through.
  • Professional attitude, discretion and the ability to interact with internal stakeholders and external manufacturers at all levels.
  • Interest in fashion product construction, manufacturing processes and quality control methodologies.

Experience
