Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct weekly competitive monitoring of luxury fashion trends, Fashion Week updates, collaborations, and market developments, with monthly newsletter delivery
- Participate in collection analysis and strategic product recommendations including collection briefs and performance assessments
- Monitor product performance and consolidate quantitative and qualitative market feedback with analytical synthesis
- Support showroom preparation and active participation in buying sessions with market teams
- Develop and prepare strategic presentation materials and tools for market buyer communications
- Assist in preparing market exchange sessions and debrief documentation with comprehensive synthesis
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a commerce school or fashion school program (Bac+4/5 level)
- Strong passion and sensitivity for fashion and luxury sectors with product-focused mindset
- Demonstrated analytical and aesthetic sensibilities
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Advanced English written proficiency
- First experience in a ready-to-wear team (product development or merchandising) is advantageous
Skills
Experience
Prior experience within a ready-to-wear product development or merchandising function is preferred but not required. Candidates should demonstrate familiarity with luxury fashion market dynamics and the ability to synthesize product performance data.
Education
Currently pursuing or holding a Bac+4/5 qualification from a commerce school or fashion school.
